Lars Fischer - Director
Lars brings over 25 years of building experience to NRG. Trained in both Europe and Australia. His dedication to quality and excellence has earned him a reputation for staying true to the original vision of every project. Lars is an award-winning builder known for his attention to detail and exceptional craftsmanship. He holds various qualifications, including certifications in Building Studies, Rope Access, Height Safety Management, and First Aid. Outside of work, Lars is a highly experienced rock climber, pushing the limits of heights and complex climbs.
Tyrone Hargraves - Carpenter / General Foreman
Tyrone has seven years of construction experience, including carpentry and overseeing complex remedial works. His role involves coordinating large-scale projects, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Tyrone’s dedication to quality workmanship makes him an invaluable member of the NRG team. He is also about to become a new dad.
Jamie Hayes - Carpenter
Jamie is a certified carpenter with six years of experience in building and carpentry. With expertise in waterproofing and rope access, Jamie’s skills are essential to our diverse range of projects. Trained in height safety and first aid, his commitment to quality and safety ensures that every job is completed to the highest standard. Jamie is also a dedicated climber and runner, constantly pushing his physical limits and bringing the same determination and precision to his work.
Connor Flannery - Waterproofer
Connor has four years of experience in waterproofing, specialising in sheet membrane systems. His practical knowledge and dedication to excellence make him a vital part of our team. Connor enjoys the outdoors, which fuels his passion for his work.
